All skincare products ordered in May will be shipped in June-July, with the exception of haircare and body care products purchased separately and not included in an order containing skincare. Hair and body care products will be shipped immediately if they do not contain skincare items.

Refund policy

Z'NON SKIN REFUND POLICY

Effective January 1st, 2024 

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order ships and is in transit. All sales are final.

Znon Skin has a strict no-refund policy, unless the customer cancels their order prior to shipping.

If you change your mind about your Znon Skin purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days from the date of receipt. All items must be in their original condition without opening or use to qualify for a full refund.

 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the items and confirm they have not been used or opened, a refund will be issued.

 In the event that an item is returned to us in a damaged or missing condition, we will send it back to you with the notation 'Return to Sender' and no refund will be issued.

Before shipment, you have the option to cancel your order. If you wish to do so, kindly reach out to us at znonskincare@gmail.com for assistance and a complete refund.

If your order contained an incorrect item or arrived damaged, you have 48 hours from the delivery date to provide 6 clear photographs of the damage in its original packaging. Kindly send it back for our examination. We will then issue either a new item as replacement or process your payment again in its entirety if damaged.

This process can take 14-30 days. 

▪️International orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged without incurring additional shipping costs.

▪️No adjustments will be made on SALE items. Sale items do not qualify for a refund.
