All skincare products ordered in May will be shipped in June-July, with the exception of haircare and body care products purchased separately and not included in an order containing skincare. Hair and body care products will be shipped immediately if they do not contain skincare items.

Shipping policy

Generally processing times are within 3-10 business days. However, those times may vary due to products being out of stock, short staff, unexpected company delays or unforeseen situations such as inclement weather or government ordered transportation restricted regulations. 

*Processing times may also be extended during holidays, product launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

▪️We do not notify customers once an order is  placed. The store automatically sends a confirmation email with the invoice. Once your order has shipped, the shipping courier will send you an email notification. Additionally, if any issues arise during the fulfillment process, we will proactively reach out to you via email.

▪️You can cancel for a full refund before an order is shipped.  We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. Once it ships, we will not accept a cancellation.

▪️If the tracking and shipping carrier state they’ve delivered your package, and you have not received it, you must contact the carrier with your tracking number to sort out the issue and file a claim or request an investigation. It’s between you and the carrier to resolve the issue. If they refuse to help you, Z’non will then step in and begin the claim on our part and make sure you’re compensated either with the goods or your full refund. This process can take 30-90 days. 

If we ship your order and it is returned back to us because you did not claim it or your address was undeliverable, we will not pay for additional shipping to send it back to you. You are responsible for the shipping and re-packaging costs.

Depending in shipping carriers rates will fluctuate anywhere from $8.98 to $17.98 depending on the weight of your package and where you live.

International: $48-67 Depending on weight and country. The responsibility for customs fees lies with the buyer if their country charges such fees.
